RFP: PORT SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION

The New Bedford Port Authority (NBPA) is soliciting Proposals for the Port Security Camera System project.

Sealed proposals will be received by the NBPA at 123 MacArthur Dr., New Bedford, MA 02740, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, M-F, until the date and time of the Bid Opening:

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available electronically by contacting Ceasar Duarte at: Ceasar.Duarte@newbedford-ma.gov with the subject: “NBPA-FY24-005: RFP REQUEST” on or after May 22, 2024.

A non-mandatory Pre-proposal Conference and Inspection Tour will be held at the NBPA office at 123 Mac Arthur Dr., New Bedford, MA, on May 28, at 10:00 AM.

All inquiries and questions must be submitted electronically to Ceasar.Duarte@newbedford-ma.gov, no later than May 31, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Answers to all questions will be posted in the form of an addendum and sent via e-mail to all recipients of the RFP.
