Request for Qualifications and Cost Proposal for Mooring System Inspection, Installation, Maintenance and Relocation
The New Bedford Harbor Development Commission d.b.a New Bedford Port Authority (NBPA) is looking for a company or companies to serve as approved mooring contractors for the Port of New Bedford. The NBPA is looking for a standard rate schedule to be used by mooring permit holders for: the purchase and installation of mooring systems; mooring system inspection, repair and maintenance; and mooring system relocation for the 2024 boating season.

Responses to inquiries will be forwarded to all prospective vendors by September 27th,2023.
All prospective vendors shall submit their qualifications packages and cost proposals to the NBPA via email to Ceasar.duarte@newbedford-ma.gov on or before the close of business [COB] 4:30 pm on October 4th, 2023.
