The New Bedford Port Authority (NBPA) is seeking a new office building. The preferred building will be at least 2,000 square feet in size, made up of one parcel or several combined parcels. It should be located nearby the waterfront, no further south than Cove Street, no further north than Interstate 195, no further west than Route 18, with the exception of the New Bedford Historical District.
The NBPA will entertain proposals for purchase with and estimated cost of on or about eight hundred thousand dollars ($ 800,000) as long as the property is free of debts, obligations, liens, or other encumbrances (financial or otherwise) at the time of delivery but would accept a gift property.

Sealed proposals will be received at the NBPA Office located at the Wharfinger Building at 52 Fisherman’s Wharf in New Bedford until 11:00 AM on Monday July 8, 2019. Late submittals will not be accepted. After the closing time, the Interested Party submittals will be opened for the sole purpose of recording the names of the Interested Parties submitting.
