Sealed proposals will be received by the NBPA at 123 MacArthur Dr., New Bedford, MA 02740, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, M-F, until the date and time of the Bid Opening:

All inquiries and questions must be submitted electronically to Ceasar.Duarte@newbedford-ma.gov, no later than July 24th, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Answers to all questions will be posted in the form of an addendum and sent via e-mail to all recipients of the RFP.
