NBPA Contract No. NBPA-FY25-003

The New Bedford Port Authority (NBPA) are soliciting Proposals from Qualified Consultants for assistance in preparing grant applications for port infrastructure projects.

Sealed proposals will be received by the NBPA at 123 MacArthur Dr., New Bedford, MA 02740, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, M-F, until the date and time of the submission deadline:

Request for Qualification (RFQ) documents are available electronically by contacting Barbara Stone at: barbara.stone@newbedford-ma.gov with subject: “NBPA-FY25-003: RFQ REQUEST” on or after February 28th, 2025.

All inquiries and questions must be submitted electronically to barbara.stone@newbedford- ma.gov, no later than March 10th, 2025. Answers to all questions will be posted in the form of an addendum and sent via e-mail to all recipients of the RFQ.
