The New Bedford Harbor Development Commission, d.b.a. the New Bedford Port Authority (NBPA), is soliciting bids for NORTH TERMINAL – PHASE 2 BULKHEAD EXPANSION PROJECT.

Sealed bids will be received by the NBPA, at 123 MacArthur Drive, New Bedford, MA, 02740, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, until the date and time of the Bid Opening.
